After a guest of Kylie and Russell Cox's collapsed from a suspected heart attack at the couple’s wedding Kylie did mouth-to-mouth resuscitation, which likely saved his life.

The date of the wedding was not reported but the incident took place at 8:30 p.m. at The Carlyon Bay Hotel.

Kylie's uncle and bridesmaid helped with CPR while someone called an ambulance, according to Mail Online. The newlyweds accompanied their guest, who was 28, to the hospital from the reception in Cornwall, England, and he is expected to make a full recovery.

The bride, 24 was reportedly dancing with the guest when he collapsed. She said, “Our friend asked me for a dance, but while we were on the dance floor, he fell faint. I turned round to give him a chair and he collapsed,” according to the report.

"Me and Russell spent the first night of our marriage at the hospital, because we didn't know whether our friend was going to live or die," Kylie added. "The doctors told us it was a miracle he survived."

Kylie’s father called off what remained of the evening reception. The Cox couple, from Cornwall, will make another celebration at a later date.

The Carlyon Bay Hotel overlooks St. Austell Bay and is a popular wedding venue. It hosts up to 160 guests with rooms costing up to $430 per night.
