Chris Brown Instagram: Celebrities Respond To Singer's Run-In With Police 'It's A War Zone' [VIDEO]
Many celebrities are standing by Chris Brown after he was arrested and released following a woman’s claims that he pointed a gun at her while at his home Tuesday.
Singer and reality star Ray J was one of the first to respond to the news that Brown had barricaded himself inside his home after police arrived.
“I’m real upset about today,” he said in an Instagram video. “I’m not happy with how things are handled and how people can take a false story and blow it up into something way more than what it should be. We got positive people around and you look outside and it’s like a war zone for no reason…For what some stranger said…”
He also made it clear, “I support the homie Chris” as he accused the accuser of “trying to get an extra buck.”
Take a look.
Celebrity lawyer Mark Geragos, who is representing Brown, was also “#TeamBreezy” when he tweeted, “Thanks to everyone for their support and well wishes. Chris is out and well. The allegations against him are demonstrably false…”
Rapper and actress Lil Mama also took to Instagram to defend Brown. She added the caption, “I love @chrisbrownofficial and I AM TIRED OF SEEING HIM HURT. But for right now I’m just praying for his safety.”
Reality stars Cardi B, Safaree, and Waka Flocka also came for Brown’s accuser, Baylee Curran.
Cardi B wrote, “A young successful man it’s going to risk his career putting a gun on a woman head when he could simply kick her out with one hand w.e. Becky -_-“
Samuels also called the woman a “liar” before he told her, “Leave us alone.”
Waka Flocka hopped in and commented, “Smh!!!! They do anything for money and fame”
Bruno Mars spoke out as well.
