With the booming news of its various features all around the web, Xiaomi Note 2, was primarily speculated to be released with Mi 5s and Mi 5s Plus on September 27th, 2016. But as a disappointment to those expectations, it was not unveiled on that day. Well, if the latest report is something to go by, then it will release by the end of this month only. However, the phone's teaser image just leaked earlier today, showcasing dual rear-facing cameras setup within the device.

According to possible speculations, Xiaomi Mi Note 2 will primarily be released in two variants. The first one will attribute 64 GB internal storage with 4GB RAM and will be priced at 2,499 Yuan ($374). The second variant will have a whopping 128 GB memory space along with a powerful 6 GB RAM and it will be retailed at 2,799 Yuan ($420), as reported by International Business Times.

Reports further indicate that the device will also feature a 5.7-inch dual curved display with ultra clear 1,440x2560 resolution.It will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 processor clocking at 2.6GHz. The device hints to be run with Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow operating system. It is also expected to showcase an Adreno 530 GPU. Its rear camera is speculated to have a 12 MP o.r a 16MP sensor. According to a report by Deccan Chronicles, battery life will also be enhanced with a powerful 4000 mAh battery attributed to it.

Some reports also predict that Xiaomi Mi Note 2 will also have a high-end variant featuring 256 GB of internal memory space along with a superlative 8 GB RAM. This variant will be superior as it will run Android's new masterpiece version, 7.0 Nougat. However, its downside is a smaller 3600 mAh battery. Although its quick charge attribution will aid this issue anyway.But these specifications of the high-end version has not yet been specified officially.

Xiaomi is indeed proving to the world that it is not just a company that limits itself to the market of Asian regions, as the updated features that are speculated to be added in its upcoming device has much potential to compete with the existing and upcoming models of famous brands like Apple and Microsoft. However, tech fans may have to wait for further updates about the device till any announcement comes from Xiaomi.
