OnePlus 4 Rumors, Specs & Release Date: New flagship phone to be released April 2017?
There are speculations that the upcoming China's OnePlus 4 will be a good rival against Samsung Galaxy Note series and Apple's iPhone. Many fans are already waiting news as to when the smartphone will be available in the market.
According to GameNGuide, the new OnePlus 4 is currently hailed as the "ultimate flagship killer." It was said that the upcoming phone is not only powerful but also definitely affordable.
One of the rumors about the phone's specs is that it will have a whopping 8 gigabytes of RAM. This internal memory is more than most laptops and desktops in the market. It will also have the newest iteration of Android as it will be released with 7.0 Nougat.
Aside from that, there were rumors that claim that it will have a turbo-powered Qualcomm Snapdragon 830 chipset. This is the same as the rumored specs for the Samsung Galaxy S8.
As for the cameras, the reports claim that it will have specs that are greater compared to iPhone's camera. It was rumored that OnPlus 4's cameras will take a huge leap from OnePlus 3 with its 23 megapixel rear camera. On the other hand, the front camera will have 8 megapixels.
According to PC Advisor, the phone will also have an AMOLED display and a 4k screen. It will still have a 5.5-inch diagonal screen with aluminum casing and it is said to also have 3D capabilities.
There are also rumors that OnePlus 4 might introduce a curved screen and water proofing. Rumors of having a dual camera are also circulating. Just like the OnePlus 3, there is a huge chance that OnePlus 4 will start at 64GB storage space.
As of writing there is still no news on when the company plans to release OnePlus 4. However, there are speculations that it might be available in the market on April or May 2017 with a target price of $300-$400.
