Gaming champs all around the world are eagerly waiting for the release of Sony's next gaming console line up: PlayStation 4 Pro. However, speculations about its attributes have already started making good rounds of simulations among the game fans. As per the reports stated by a number of potential sources the new flagship of PlayStation, unlike its predecessors PS2 and PS3, will have a detachable hard drive along it.

According to a report by GameSpot, the PS4 Pro will have a premium SATA III memory interface. The console will enable users to manually swap or replace the existing hard drive. The hard drive can be additionally scaled up to 6 Gb/s. This feature enables users to avail an elevated efficiency than the original PS4's SATA II interface, which scales up to 3 Gb/s.

However, the company's rival Microsoft and Nintendo still don't have the detachable hard drive feature in their consoles. Microsoft XBox One and Nintendo's Wii U do not sport any similar attributions like this. Although additional storage space can be surfaced in both of these consoles with external hard drives.

As per indications by IGN, PS4 Pro is scheduled to debut on this November 10, 2016, with a price tag of $400. However, the console will not include a 4K Blu-ray player. While explaining about this drawback, Sony indicated that the company is looking forward toward to streaming, to offer its users with a revolutionary gaming experience.

Microsoft is also highly speculated to prepare a new sensation for its Xbox lineup, which is said to be more improved and powerful than its predessors. According to sources, named as Project Scorpio, will be unveiled in holiday 2017. Microsoft has said the system will be the "most powerful console ever made."
