In this moment, the buzz that has taken over the world of technology is that Samsung is preparing a new patent for a foldable smartphone.
The patent is said to be transformed into a new masterpiece named as Samsung Galaxy X. According to IBT, A fresh patent application has been filed with the Korea Intellectual Property Office earlier this year. The alleged outset depicts a long and narrow smartphone along with a panel, much like a flip cell. Moreover, the patent also hints that the gadget will be able to fold or unfold semi-automatically.
According to Digit, Samsung's plan to build this electrifying foldable device depends much on the availability of bendable OLED display panels. As per the indications, the patent is also expected to have another secondary display which is supposed to be activated when the phone is folded. Samsung is also expected to resolve all kinds of battery issue and ensure a protected battery attribute alongside this new devices.
However, the patent is still far away from turning into a real device. It was previously thought that the company will release this wonder by the end of this year.
