The upcoming role playing video game remake, Final Fantasy 7, is perhaps one of the most anticipated titles for next year. While the game itself has already been confirmed to be already in production, new reports are now revealing that Square Enix may have brought on board yet another game director to ensure that the game will be released on time.

According to a report from iTechPost, Square Enix has apparently decided to bring on board a new director to work on the game in the form of veteran game director, Kyohei Suzuki. The new director will be working alongside the upcoming remake's current director, Tetsuya Nomura.

The tandem will of course likely result in the speedy development of the highly awaited game, which hopefully will not go through any hurdles that might delay its release. The same report also claims that Nomura might have been fine with the idea of bringing on another director for as long as it results in the development of the game being on track.

Aside from having a new director on board, several reports have also now claimed that the highly awaited action role playing video game might also be coming out for the Windows PC platform. Square Enix has yet to officially announce if it has any plans of releasing the game for other platforms aside from the PlayStation 4. However, due to the huge demands from fans, the game may not stay as a PlayStation 4-exclusive for long, as per Game Pur.

The Final Fantasy 7 Remake will of course be released as a multipart series that will cover all of the events that had occurred in the original 1997. Square Enix has yet to officially announce the release of the first episode, but the game is expected to be coming out sometime next year. As of the moment the most likely release could be sometime around March, although that date is just a guess for now.
