Pokemon Company President Tsunekazu Ishihara Confirmed New Safer 'Pokemon GO' Device Might Be Developed [VIDEO]
"Pokemon Go" has been well-known in the video game industry due to its huge success. Now, Pokemon Company President Tsunekazu Ishihara stated in an interview that a new device for the video gam's players might be developed.
According to Game Rant, a recent study has assessed that 144 billion steps have been taken playing the "Pokemon Go." Although some of those steps have brought the gamers into the wrong places. With this, Nintendo and The Pokemon Company are considering creating an extra device for the video game that will add security to its users.
The Pokemon Company president Tsunekazu Ishihara stated in an interview that the company and Nintendo are thinking about making another device for "Pokemon Go." Also, the president stated that the companies are "thinking of developing a new device that can be played more safely."
Additionally, Anime Network News noted that Ishihara's full announcement. His statement reads: "We intended to make a game for people to play outdoors, instead of at home. The potential that players could become too involved in playing the game [that they might walk into danger] was already an issue at an early stage."
He also added that to avoid the risk, the company also released "Pokemon Go Plus" a smartphone connected wearable device that will aid "Pokemon Go" players so they don't have to always look down at their handset's screens. Together with Nintendo, Pokemon Company is thinking of creating a new device that can be played more securely.
As a refresher, the "Pokemon Go" was released in selected countries together with the United States and Japan in July, and it has now expanded to100 countries and territories. Ever since the game's launch, accidents around the world including car crashes are reported. The game itself encloses a reminder to its gamers to be aware of their environments while using the app.
