Two long-awaited GPUs are reportedly going to unveiled this year. The NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 Ti and the AMD Vega 10 is a couple of powerful graphics cards geared towards gaming enthusiasts and said to come with numerous state-of-the-art killer features. The forthcoming AMD GPU has been making headlines and it is expected to compete against the NVIDIA GTX 1080 Ti. Like the GTX 1080, AMD Vega 10 could also deserve the number one spot.
NVIDIA patrons have been waiting for the GeForce GTX 1080 Ti for some time now. The graphics card was expected and highly speculated to launch at this year's CES, but when that didn't happen, many has turned their eyes to the upcoming PAX East and the GDC 2017 event.
The GeForce GTX 1080 Ti will have a base clock speed of 1,607 MHz, and a boost clock speed of 1,733 MHz, while its computing power set at 10,696 GFlops. NVIDIA's next GPU will said have 10 GB GDDR5X of VRAM and a memory bandwidth of up to 400 GB per second. It is also said to be fitted with 3,328 processing cores and has 32-bit memory bus width.
However recent reports suggest an unveiling of the GeForce GTX 1080 Ti at the PAX East 2017 that is going to be held in Boston between March 10 to 12. It could also unveil at this year's Game Developers Conference, which is going to take place in San Francisco between Feb. 27 and March 3.
