Brangelina Divorce Update: Angelina Jolie Reportedly Jealous Of Amal Clooney; George, Brad Pitt Rebuilding Friendship
Brad Pitt, while going through the messy Brangelina divorce, is reportedly determined to fix his relationship with his actor friend George Clooney. The reason why there is something between the two former "Ocean's Eleven" actors was all due to Angelina Jolie's jealousy to Clooney's wife, Amal.
Both Pitt and Clooney are barely speaking with each other for over six months now, according to sources who spoke with Life and Style Weekly. And it is all reportedly due to Jolie not able to handle being around Amal, further noting that she is "filled with evny."
The insider continued to add that Amal is an educated, well-respected person in the political world. While the other half of the Brangelina couple, however, "knows people still think of her as an actress above everything else."
George, after some time, ultimately forgave and accepted Pitt, noting that the actor has been really hurt with the whole Brangelina divorce, an insider added. "But he understands what Brad was up against being married to Angie. She is tough."
George Clooney is not the only person that Brad Pitt has tried to reconnect with during his Brangelina divorce. Enstars previously reported that the 53-year-old actor has tried to contact his ex-wife, Jennifer Aniston. It was said that the former couple shares a "friendly but limited" relationship.
Pitt and Aniston, 43, exchanged several text messages about his current situation and how he is "having a hard time" dealing with the Brangelina divorce. Sadly, no additional information has been revealed past that.
The actor hasn't been exactly active in the spotlight lately. And as it turned out, the reason why he hasn't been spotted recently was due to his new hobby amid the Brangelina divorce. A source told The Hollywood Reporter that Pitt has taken up sculpture creation at Thomas Houseago's Frogtown studio. The actor has reportedly spent nearly 10 days in the studio to create the mysterious sculpture.
