Nintendo Switch Issues: Company Finally Addresses The Joy-Con Connectivity Problems
Nintendo Switch issues have been making headlines of late. Gamers all over the world are happy about the new console and the games that are coming with it, especially Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. However, for some, the new console experience isn't stacking up to be a good one. The reason is the Joy-Con controllers.
Forbes has reported that the Joy-Cons differ by their configuration. That is, the antenna assembly of the Nintendo Switch Joy-Con are different in the left and right Joy-Cons. The right controller seemingly has a separate antenna, and the left controller's antenna is built into the circuit board.
While there is a discrepancy in design, it is nothing complain worthy as this is how modern controllers are made. However, Nintendo Switch issues are being highlighted ever since the complaints regarding the Joy-Cons, the company has released an official statement regarding the Joy-Cons.
More Nintendo Switch news about the Joy-Cons suggest that there is a large metal piece right next to the left antenna, and this might be the cause of random loss of connections. While only a handful of complaints have emerged regarding the loss of connection, the number seems to be enough to get Nintendo's attention. Nintendo has said that the issues are being dealt with.
In a statement, Nintendo said that they want their customers to get up and running quickly to have fun with the Nintendo Switch. Nintendo also added that if anything fell short of this goal, Nintendo urged customers to contact Nintendo's Customer Service team. Nintendo reportedly is bringing updates to the online support site and is trying to provide real-time answers to queries.
Despite the Nintendo Switch issues, the console is enjoying massive popularity among customers and fans. According to recent Nintendo Switch sales figures, the console has already shipped more than 8 million devices and is planning to sell 10 million units per month. Nintendo Switch is currently the company's fastest selling gaming console.
