Cameran Eubanks' Husband: 'Southern Charm' Star Insists She's No Gold Digger [VIDEO]
Cameran Eubanks may be married to a doctor, but don't go thinking the Southern Charm star married Jason Wimberly for his money.
Over the weekend, the reality star reacted to a fan, on Twitter, who suggested that she married rich so that she wouldn't have to accomplish anything on her own.
"So annoying and self absorbed," the fan wrote in a message directed at Eubanks. "Yes [you are]. Fall back career is mommy lol. Face it [you] married rich to dodge building [your] own self."
Eubanks fired back at the fan and said, "I've made more [money] selling real estate than I have from the show... My husband and I don't even share a bank account. Try again."
Eubanks, who previously starred on MTV's Real World: San Diego, tied the knot with Jason Wimberly in April 2014.
Earlier this year, she opened up about her marriage during an interview with The Daily Dish.
"He has zero desire to be on TV. I always joke that he is just a normal person and most normal people don't want to be in the spotlight," Eubanks explained. "Does this mean I am calling myself crazy? Absolutely. We all have a bit of an ego. Jason doesn't have one, which is part of the reason I love him so much. He's the yin to my yang."
Despite being together for the entirety of the series, Wimberly has not been seen on Southern Charm at all. Although, fans recognize the couple when they are out in Charleston together.
"They always say, 'Oh, so you are the mystery husband!' He is always so laid back and usually offers to take a picture if someone wants a photo...which is actually rare in Charleston," she said.
