LuAnn De Lesseps Marriage: 'RHONY' Star Spotted In The Hamptons After Divorce [VIDEO]
LuAnn De Lesseps and her husband Tom D'Agostino parted ways earlier this month and in the weeks that followed, the Real Housewives of New York City star has been traveling to keep her mind off the tragic end of her marriage.
According to a recent report, De Lesseps was recently spotted enjoying time in the Hamptons over the weekend with one of her female friends.
“LuAnn De Lesseps did what she finds most comfortable following her shocking divorce news. The wealthy The Real Housewives of New York star went shopping!” Radar Online revealed to readers on August 13. “Fans were stunned when De Lesseps split from husband Tom D’Agostino after just eight months of marriage. But now she’s out and about again.”
De Lesseps' shopping trip comes on the heels of a vacation in Switzerland, which she spoke of online.
De Lesseps announced she and D'Agostino were calling it quits on August 3 with a Twitter post to her many fans and followers.
"It's with great sadness that Tom & I agreed to divorce. We care for each other very much, hope you respect our privacy during this sad time!"
De Lesseps' announcement came just months after she and Tom D'Agostino tied the knot with a New Year's Eve ceremony at the end of last year.
The following day, she thanked her fans for their support.
"Thank you for the generous expression of warmth, kindness and understanding," she said. "Your support and encouragement helps me to get through."
