Kendall Jenner Is Feeling Horrible About Blake Griffin's Injury
Kendall Jenner is reportedly feeling guilty about her boyfriend Blake Griffin's recent injury.
According to a new report, the 22-year-old Keeping Up With the Kardashians star thinks she may be to blame for the basketball star's recent bad luck, which appears to be impacting his team, the Los Angeles Clippers, substantially.
“Kendall fears she will somehow be blamed for his bad luck," a source explained to Hollywood Life on Nov. 29. "She has heard about the Kardashian curse for years and thinks it is just ridiculous. She also understands how dedicated fans may look for anyway to make sense of a bad situation."
Since she and her sisters, including Khloe Kardashian and Kim Kardashian, began dating professional athletes years ago, they have been accused of causing their past and present boyfriend of suffering professionally due to their romances.
Among those who have allegedly been affected by the alleged Kardashian curse are Kris Humphries, Lamar Odom, Reggie Bush, James Harden, Tristan Thompson, Jordan Clarkson, Odell Beckham Jr., Miles Austin, Matt Kemp, and Derrick Ward.
That said, the source said that Jenner isn't convinced that a Kardashian curse actually exists.
"In the end, Kendall feels like any accusations towards her are simply unfair, misguided anger," the source explained. "Kendall loves watching Blake play and she knows how important basketball is in his life, so she is going to do everything she can to care, support and help him get back to his teammates ASAP.”
Griffin's injury happened on earlier this week and last night, he appeared to be quite healthy as he attended an event with Jenner in Los Angeles. That said, the Hollywood Life report said that sources around the web and on ESPN have said that he could miss as much as two months of games.
“Some of the teammates of Blake who are superstitious to it all believe that the Kardashian Curse is a real thing and has something to do with their woes even though Blake is laughing all that off and isn’t taking that as the reason for their losing streak and bad play," the insider added.
