'The Real Housewives Of Atlanta' Season 10: Porsha Williams Gets NeNe Leakes Heated With This Comment
NeNe Leakes and Porsha Williams might have managed to steer clear of each other as they handled their own drama on the most recent episode of The Real Housewives of Atlanta. However, a new teaser shows they pick up right where they left off when a girls’ gathering ends with a screaming match between them.
NeNe Leakes Tries To Shut Down Porsha Williams' Conversation
The last time they saw one another, they got into a heated argument at Cynthia Bailey’s 50th birthday party that aired during the premiere episode last month. Now, it’s safe to say the drama is still going strong.
Sheree Whitfield tried to help the ladies bury the drama when she pointed out that Williams was not invited to Leakes’ all-white party that aired recently. She said the ladies’ issues were “stupid” and that they should rekindle what was once a close friendship.
Leakes interrupted Whitfield and said she wasn’t here for settling any drama at that time. Despite Leakes’ attempt to avoid the conversation, it ended in a back-and-forth between her and Williams as they tried to reveal who was angry and who was upset.
That’s when Williams told Leakes she needs anger management. That seemed to be the comment to set Leakes over the edge.
The moment got extremely awkward at the table as their co-stars looked on. Many of them kept quiet for the conversation except Kandi Burruss, who later told cameras she didn’t agree with Williams’ comments that she and Parks were held responsible for their actions after lots of drama last season. Marlo Hampton also made a comment about the tension being too much.
The Truth Behind Their Drama
As for what they actually fell out about, to begin with, that was revealed in the Season 10 premiere episode. Leakes called out Williams for not taking her advice about staying out of drama a few seasons back. Interestingly enough, Williams was taking anger management around that time.
Still, Leakes has also been giving Williams the side eye ever since Williams was wrapped up drama between Burruss and former cast member Phaedra Parks. Williams confronted Burruss about speculation that Burruss wanted to assault her. It ended up being a storyline that carried out through much of the ninth season and into the reunion where it was revealed that Parks was the one who started the rumor.
When it comes to Williams, she has an issue with Leakes after Leakes suggested that Williams and Parks should be fired from the show after all of the drama with Burruss.
