Chip Gaines Delivers Valentine's Day Message To Wife Joanna: 'Every Morning I Wake Up Committed'
Chip Gaines swore his loyalty and love for wife, Joanna, in his Valentine's Day message. The Fixer Upper star vowed to remain committed for the rest of his waking life.

Chip wrote a simple yet inspiring message about marriage and commitment to his wife of 15 years. On his Twitter page, the 43-year old reminisced about his wedding vow to love and cherish Joanna until death tears them apart.
"No such thing as a 'perfect marriage.' For me, it's always been simple: commitment. Every morning I wake up committed, and pray that she chooses the same. And so today, again, I choose my beautiful bride. To have and to hold. Till death do us part. #HappyValentinesDay sweet girl!"
Chip's post has since received over 35,000 likes and over 3,000 retweets as of this writing. Other Twitter users agreed that marriage is about commitment.
"So true, there is no perfect marriage. My husband and I say marriage is a commitment you decide to make every day. It has worked for us for almost 30 years now," one user wrote.

Chip has another reason to remain loyal to his wife now that she is carrying his fifth child. He has been vocal about wanting to add another brood to their growing family. The couple is already parents to Drake, 12, Ella, 11, Duke, 9, and Emmie, 7.
The Magnolia Story author said in an interview in that having another baby was one of his priorities. In September, the couple announced that they would be ending HGTV's Fixer Upper after season 5 to focus on their family.
The couple later announced in January that they were expecting their fifth child. Chip confirmed the pregnancy with a photo that shows him comparing belly sizes with his pregnant wife.
Joanna also shared a short video of the baby's ultrasound on her Instagram. She has also started updating fans on her pregnancy journey, which includes her unusual cravings.
