Bachelor In Paradise's Carly Waddell, Evan Bass Just Had A Baby Girl
Bachelor in Paradise beauty Carly Waddell gave birth to her first child with Evan Bass on Thursday night, Feb. 15. The couple named their daughter Isabella Evelyn Bass after Evan's grandmother.
The couple was ecstatic over the birth of their daughter, and they shared the good news on Instagram. It was a perfect family moment as Bella seemed to want to see the world immediately. Earlier in the day, Carly was supposed to get induced, but her water broke before her hospital appointment.
"We are smitten and cannot stop kissing, cuddling and adoring her," Evan said upon seeing his princess for the first time.
Carly is now in recovery.
Growing Family
Everyone in the family is excited to see the newest member, including Evan's three sons with his previous wife, Ensley, Nathan, and Liam.
"She's the sweetest little thing," Carly posted on social media. "We love her so much already! The boys got to come and meet her. They were so cute. They all got to hold her and she loves them so much."
On Jan. 29, Evan shared Carly's intense contractions. It happened at the time of The Bachelor's airing, and the reality star even posted a candid tweet.
"So if I/we stop live tweeting #thebachelor tonight you'll know it's time to purchase the live feed of the birth. 19.95 per minute and includes a complimentary ointment for only 14.99 extra."
Love In Paradise
The couple found love during the third season of Bachelor in Paradise. On September last year, 34-year-old Bass confessed his love to Carly and asked for her hand in marriage.
"Carly, I wanna chase after the fairy tales, and go on all of the adventures, and find all of the interesting things in this world to explore, " Evan said in tears. "I wanna start a life with you. I want you to be my wife."
Both of them returned to Puerto Vallarta in Mexico, where they first met, to celebrate their wedding. Chris Harrison, the show's host, solemnized the ceremony and the episode featuring their wedding aired in June 2017. Jade Tolbert, Carly's best friend and former cast of The Bachelor, served as the bridesmaid, while Wells Adams served as one of the groomsmen.
The couple confirmed Carly's pregnancy few days out of their stay in Mexico. Evan said it was a magical moment to have witnessed their new life unfolded in the place where it all started.
