With Selma Blair out, Anger Management now needs a new female lead. According to a casting call notice, the show is looking for a "gorgeous, sexy" new psychiatrist character to join Charlie Sheen.

The notice details what the new character should embody.

The show needs a new female lead who "cannot help but be irresistibly drawn to Sheen," specifying that qualifying candidates must be preferably Caucasian or Latina, shorter than Sheen's 5-foot-9.

"If Charlie and [Blair] were like Sam and Diane on Cheers, then you are Rebecca," the casting description states.

"Tough, career driven, neurotic and you wear your heart on your sleeve," it continues. "And you hate yourself for eventually becoming attracted to Charlie."

Sheen fired Blair on June 18 when he found out that she was complaining about his work ethic.

According to The Hollywood Reporter on Friday, the actor allegedly fired Blair through a strongly-worded text message that included a particularly unfriendly "c" word.

Earlier this week, Sheen tried to recruit Mila Kunis to replace Blair for at least 10 episodes of the show, allegedly willing to pay her $1 million per episode. Kunis has not commented on the offer.

Anger Management was picked up for 90 episodes after its 10-episode first season, securing rights to a syndication package. The series is a little over a third of the way into its 100-episode run and is expected to go on as planned without Blair.
