Maci Bookout Adoption Coming Soon? Kids Put Pressure On The 'Teen Mom'
Maci Bookout and Taylor McKinney may be ready to get the ball rolling when it comes to expanding their family of five.
In a sneak peek at next week's episode of Teen Mom OG, Bookout and her family, including her 9-year-old son Bentley, are seen sitting down together in their living room when Bentley asks when his mother and step-father plan to adopt their fourth child.
After questioning Bookout and McKinney about when he will have another playmate around the house, Bentley says he would like to see another boy added to their family while his younger half-sister, 2-year-old Jayde, said she would want a girl.
Although Bentley then convinces his sibling to say "boy," she ultimately changes her mind after Bookout informs her that she would never get a boyfriend with three brothers around to protect her.

Maci Bookout Suffered A Miscarriage In 2017
Prior to production on the seventh season of Teen Mom OG, Bookout tragically miscarried her fourth child. As fans have seen in recent weeks, Bookout was heartbroken over the loss of what would have been her second daughter and revealed she was planning to name the baby "Dande," as in "Dandelion."
During the seventh season of the show, fans learned that Bookout's costar Catelynn Lowell suffered a miscarriage in 2017 as well.
Maci Bookout Spoke Of Adoption Last Year
In April of last year, around the time of her miscarriage, Bookout spoke of adopting her fourth child with her husband and revealed why she liked the idea.
"[I]t’s one of those things where if we are capable of providing a stable home, healthy relationships and some hope for a child who may not have that or ever experienced it, then we want to,” she told People magazine. “If we are able to do that then why would we not?”
Bookout also said that she would love to have her three kids see the process of adoption and be introduced to the idea of giving a child in need something they may not have otherwise been exposed to.
In addition to Bentley and Jayde, Bookout is also mom to 1-year-old son Maverick.
