Gwyneth Paltrow Is Enjoying Her Bachelorette Weekend With Friends In Mexico
Gwyneth Paltrow is having the time of her life in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico with her girlfriends during her bachelorette party.
A US Weekly source said the actress and seven of her closest friends flew in via a private plane and arrived on the night of April 12, Wednesday, to hold her bachelorette party. Some of the reported guests were Stella McCartney and Cameron Diaz.
Photos of the group showed Paltrow and her friends by the seashore, enjoying the sun and peace. The witness went on to say that the Iron Man actress was enjoying her time off, as she and her girlfriends get to relaxing mode.
Laid-back Party
However, the bachelorette party isn't the usual type that involves rowdy partying or wild dancing. The source claimed Paltrow and her gang were just chilling.
"They haven't gotten too wild and crazy, mostly just hanging out and spending girl time by the ocean," the insider revealed.
To complete the party-by-the-beach theme, Paltrow gave her friends a gift which they could use. The package had a beach bag, a cover-up, and white sandals. At one point, the girls got dressed with cover-ups for lunch and chatted their way till the afternoon.
There were also butlers who attend to their needs. Beverage and food were handed to them as well.
"The group was low-key and just close girlfriends sharing a fun few days together," the source said.
On Friday, April 13, the 45-year-old Sliding Doors actress gave the public a glimpse of her great time when she uploaded a photo that showed her in a blue bikini in the mid of the scenic beach.
This news came days after news broke out that Charlie's Angels star Diaz was planning a "wild" party for Paltrow. However, Page Six reported that 12 friends are tagging along the event.
Her low-key and private bachelorette party is a nod to her previous statement that she wanted a simple wedding. She is set to tie the knot with TV producer Brad Falchuk. They announced their engagement only in January, but the producer popped the question in November last year.
The couple met on the set of Glee, where Paltrow became a guest. Falchuk is the cocreator of the musical drama series. Of their marriage, the Emma star expressed her excitement over her impending exchange of vows with her fiancé, even revealing she feels 21 again.
