“They’re married, they’re not even legally separated,” an insider revealed about Patton's boyfriend and his secret marriage.
They added that Quittman's belongings are still at the home he shares with his wife.
Patton, 42, couldn’t help but gush about her new beau, Zachary Quittman, 37, during an interview for her upcoming film Traffik. Apparently, Quittman and his wife married more than 20 years ago. He is reportedly known as a real estate agent and a coach for a variety of kids sports teams in Malibu.
Interestingly enough, while Patton didn’t reveal that he’s married in the interview, she did say that they met at their children’s sports games. From there, they sparked what she described as a “suburban romance.”
He’s got kids, I got a kid," said Patton. "It’s one of those!”
Is Paula Getting Serious With A Married Man?
The insider went on to call out Patton, who was previously married to singer Robin Thicke, for dating a married man, to begin with. They said that Quittman comes from a small town and everyone knows various details of his life, including his marriage. They said that his mother is one of the wealthiest women in real estate and suggested that Quittman might be using his own sales skills to woo Patton.
“He hasn’t really made anything of himself in his life and being in the spotlight is great for him," said the source.
The source also blasted Quittman for being self-centered and only worried about himself and his image.
Despite Quittman being married, he and Patton have been living together for weeks. Word is they started dating about a month ago. He’s also apparently not worried about keeping their relationship private as he’s been spotted promoting the film with Patton on the press tour. Word is he’ll be in London with her next week as well.
His Wife Is Not Happy About It
As for Quittman’s wife, she is reportedly blindsided by his relationship with the actress. She is said to have grown fond of Patton after the two ladies spent time together hanging out with the other sports moms.
“She’s on the floor, [but] she’s so worried about the safety of the kids,” said the source.
If true, Patton could be involved in the latest celebrity scandal. Still, reports say the woman has filed for divorce despite not wanting to cause too much drama for their children.
