The India side will aim to get over a recent loss when they square off against Sri Lanka in the second game of the tri-nation ODI series on Tuesday.

The team's one-wicket defeat to the West Indies brought their nine-match winning streak to a screeching halt yesterday. India had prevailed in four Tests against Australia and five matches in the recent Champions Trophy, which it won.

The infamous India batting lagged and while the squad's bowlers did an exceptional job, the hosts were still able to pull out a victory by a miniscule margin.

The Indians will also have to deal with the health status of skipper Mahendra Singh Dhoni, who may have been dehydrated or hindered via hamstring injury, following the match against West Indies. It's still questionable as to whether or not he will take the field on Tuesday.

Recently promoted to the role of opener, Rohit Sharma will more than likely play a crucial factor versus Sri Lanka.
