'RHOA' Reunion: Chrissy Teigen Goes Off About Being Dragged In Kim Zolciak Biermann And NeNe Leakes Feud
Chrissy Teigen is over being tossed into the drama on Bravo's The Real Housewives of Atlanta. The star spoke out on Twitter.
Chrissy's Not Here For It
Teigen became a topic of conversation on the reality show after Kim Zolciak Biermann tweeted and asked about her daughter providing a sexual service to get tickets to see Teigen’s husband, John Legend, in concert. Zolciak received lots of backlash for the comment from the cast members of The Real Housewives of Atlanta.
The first time Teigen spoke on it, she confirmed that she and Zolciak are friends, and she thought her joke was funny, she seemed to change positions on the drama after the topic resurfaced again during the conclusion of the reunion Sunday. NeNe Leakes tweeted Teigen and Khloe Kardashian, who is also reportedly a friend of Zolciak’s, after Zolciak was accused of being racist.
Teigen responded and said she was “done” with the drama and revealed that she has had just as many conversations with Leakes as she had with Zolciak. She went on to ask the women to take her out of their storyline.
Chrissy Says She's Neutral
“I don’t do teams,” added Teigen. “Especially when I haven’t spent any quality time with either person and don’t genuinely know the people. I am a fan and a viewer and y’all can keep this mess to yourselves please.”
She went on to say that each time she’s spoken to Leakes and Zolciak, it has always been positive and “hilarious.” She said the same goes for all of the women on the show who she has met. Interestingly enough, she added that the same doesn’t go for a couple of the cast members of the network’s Vanderpump Rules.
“There was only one vanderpumper that needed a good push back down to earth,” added Teigen. “Actually, two vanderpumpers. One is barely on…”
She Doesn't Think It's That Serious
Teigen then circled back to The Real Housewives of Atlanta drama to make another point. She said she really didn’t care about Zolciak’s tweet referring to her 21-year-old daughter, Biermann. She said laughed off the tweet but the drama surrounding it has gone on much longer than it needed to. She joked that she wouldn’t mind giving Leakes tickets to the show, and added, “but apparently the music ain’t that good and she didn’t ask.”
Teigen was referring to Leakes’ response to Zolciak’s tweet, in which Leakes said Legend’s music wasn’t good enough for Zolciak to offer Biermann’s services.
