'Drop Dead Diva' Season 5, Episode 3 News and Spoilers: Jane and Owen's Relationship Gets Complicated, Barbara Corcoran Guest Stars [PHOTOS / VIDEO]
There will be plenty of surprises on Sunday night's Drop Dead Diva.

In the episode, titled Surrogates (Season5, Episode 3), Jane (Brooke Elliot) struggles to keep her personal feelings aside while representing a jilted bride who's suing the former groom for damages. And things appear to get ever more complicated for Jane and Owen (Lex Medlin).
In a newly leaked script from Lifetime, the twosome -- who had a falling out on their wedding day after Jane kissed Grayson -- meet up.
"We need to talk," Owen tells Jane. Uh oh!
Meanwhile, in other courtroom, Kim (Kate Levering) and Grayson (Jackson Hurst) represent a surrogate mother looking for the missing parents of the child she is about to deliver.
At home, Stacy (April Bowlby) gets discouraged when she seeks advice from real-life business mogul Barbara Corcoran about The Pakery.
Later, the firm is in for a big surprise when Kim announces the new partner at the firm.
