'The Hunger Games' is expected to continue its dominance at the domestic box office in its second weekend, as it got off to a strong start Friday, easily doubling its next closest competitor.

'The Hunger Games' earned between $20 million to $23 million on Friday, beating out newcomers 'Wrath of the Titans' ($11M) and 'Mirror, Mirror ($6M-$7M), according to estimates from the Hollywood Reporter.

'Wrath' could gross just over $30 million for the weekend, while 'Mirror' looks to debut at between $22 million to $24 million, the publication said.
