Amanda Bynes is constantly throwing insults at celebrities, usually calling them all "ugly," but, it seems the troubled actress may have gone too far with her latest tweet.

“Not having hair makes me feel like a cancer patient,” she tweeted.

Lots of people were understandably upset by the comparison. Realizing that she had made a huge mistake, Bynes removed the offending tweet and issued an apology for the error. According to the retired actress, the whole fiasco was caused by a simple grammar mistake.

Bynes gave an official statement to Vanity Fair and apologized for the comment.

"I'm not a wretched person with zero sense of perspective or respect for fellow human beings; rather, the actual explanation of my statement is something far more banal. No, Arendtites, not 'banal' as in 'the banality of evil' - banal as in, this was a very stupid grammatical error," she explained.

Bynes continued, "What I intended to say was 'not having hair makes me feel like a cancer: patient.' That is, waiting for my hair to grow has made me a more patient person - a trait, in the astrological community, typically associated with those born under the Cancer sign. I'm actually an Aries."

Of course, the sympathy didn't last long. Her apology was followed with another faux pas.

After the incident, Bynes said that not having the forgiveness of her fans and followers made her feel as though she should have AIDS.

Another apology was issued. “Christ, I’ve done it again. I meant: not having your forgiveness makes me feel like I should have aides, lower-case and with an ‘e.’ Aides because I’m clearly in something of a public-relations quagmire. Please accept my second apology,” she wrote.
