FOX Home Entertainment organized a scavenger hunt at Comic-Con this year and will use Twitter to provide clues to fans looking to win the grand prize of tickets to the FX/Maxim bash on Friday night, according to Mashable.com.

The San Diego Convention Center, where Comic-Con 2013 is being held, will be the site for eight secret locations and objects as part of the scavenger hunt. Fox will tweet clues to eight locations and objects, which are related to the network's shows. Fans will use Instagram video to record themselves at the secret sites or with the objects and share them with the hashtag #wherethefox.

The winner of the event will win tickets to one of the biggest parties at Comic-Con: the FX/Maxim bash. The party takes place on Friday night atop the Ivy Rooftop at the Andaz Hotel in San Diego from 9 p.m. to 2 a.m. Stars from TV shows such as It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia, Sons of Anarchy, Wilfred, Sons of Anarchy and Archer will be in attendance, and celebrity producer/record executive Jermaine Dupri will be the DJ for the event.

"With the rise in popularity of social video, we saw this as the right time to try something new," said Mary Daily, chief marketing officer at Fox Home Entertainment.

Daily also explained that Comic-Con offers some of the world's most socially engaged fans.

Some of the other anticipated events at this year's show include the 20th anniversary celebration of the one-time hit TV series X-Files. Fans will also learn about the upcoming seasons for shows like Game of Thrones, Breaking Bad and Dexter from cast members.
