Royal Baby News: Pippa Middleton Meets New Nephew At Kensington Palace
Pippa Middleton met her royal baby nephew at Kensington Palace shortly after Prince William and Kate Middleton left the Lindo Wing of St. Mary's hospital, according to the Daily Mail.
William, who drove to the palace himself, left the hospital with wife and child at 7:30 p.m local time. Pippa's boyfriend Nico Jackson and other family members were also reportedly at the palace to see the new bundle of joy for the first time.
The couple introduced the baby boy to the world on July 23, a day after the duchess gave birth. He has not been named yet.
"It was very emotional, it is such a special time," Kate reportedly said outside the hospital, according to an E! News article from July 23.
Kate's parents Carole and Michael Middleton went to St. Mary's earlier today, as well as Will's father Prince Charles and wife Camilia
"Grandparenthood is a unique moment in anyone's life, as countless kind people have told me in recent months," Charles said Monday in a released statement. "So I am enormously proud and happy to be a grandfather for the first time and we are eagerly looking forward to seeing the baby in the near future."
Prince Harry is one family member who has yet to meet the newborn. He is reportedly working with the Apache Air Corps at the Royal Air Force base in Wattisham, England.
The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge will reportedly stay at Kensington Palace with their baby for two weeks while William is on paternity leave.
