The Apple rumor mills seem to be coming to a slow consensus on when the newest i-products will hit stores.

Analyst Ming-Chi Kuo of KGI Securities recently predicted that the iPhone 5S will find it's way into consumers hands near the end of September, according to the International Business Times. In agreement with predictions made by Peter Misek earlier this month, Kuo believes that the latest iteration of the Apple phone will go into production at the end of July.

Apparently there are several factors that have contributed to the slow arrival of the 5S, although there is wide speculation as to what these issues are. Mac Rumors reports that Kuo believes the problems can be blamed on the devices fingerprint sensor.

"We believe iPhone 5S will experience production difficulties among numerous components as well as assembly, as seen with iPhone 5 last year," Kuo wrote, according to Mac Rumors. "The model will thus be available only in limited amounts following launch. We expect undersupply to improve in October or November."

However, those in search of the new low-cost iPhone won't have to wait quite as long. The device, which is rumored to cost $450 to $550, already entered production and will arrive in stores in early September, according to the International Business Times.
