A woman claiming to be one of Amanda Bynes' former friends reportedly spoke out to media agency Coleman-Rayner about Bynes' bizarre behavior.

Ana Rivera, who has been friends with Bynes since November 2012, discussed how the former Nickelodeon star is "so weird" that she has trouble talking to others and would just watch Marilyn Monroe movies on mute.

"She's all over the place. There's a lot of disorganization going on in her brain," Rivera, 22, said. "Amanda desperately needs help."

Bynes has been called out countless times for making inappropriate remarks on Twitter, most commonly calling people ugly. Rivera reportedly admitted that her close friend also called her unattractive.

"Everything she said out loud, she thought she was saying in her head," Rivera said. "She never even apologized. She just carried on."

There have also been times when the 27-year-old actress would say "That is not me," when people captured her public outings.

"When she says in public that 'it wasn't her, it must be an imposter,' I don't think she's even aware or remembers going out in those outfits, and so (she) genuinely believes it's not her," Rivera added.

The two friends used to live in the same New York apartment building, which is how they met in the first place. Because Bynes was lonely, she discussed a lot of her issues with Rivera.

"She opened up, and it was obvious she had problems. It was immediately obvious she didn't have any friends," Rivera said. "When I asked if she'd met a lot of people since she moved to New York, she said only me and another woman in her building."

Bynes' alleged, former friend also revealed how Amanda would talk to herself and was only hanging out with her dog. Rivera, who moved out of the apartment in February, said she last talked to Bynes in March and has since then changed her phone number.

After Bynes set fire to a stranger's driveway Monday night in Thousand Oaks, she was immediately sent to Ventura County Medical Centre in C.A. for a psychiatric 5150 hold for mental evaluation.

A source told Radar Online that Bynes "has been demanding that docors give her Adderall." Even though she has been using it for many years to control Attention Deficit Disorder, the source claimed Amanda took it to stay thin.

Bynes' parents, Rick and Lynn, reportedly are heading to court on Friday to seek a temporary conservatorship over their daughter.
