Following his decision to drop his assault lawsuit against Blac Chyna, Rob Kardashian's supporters are in a frenzy. Was he lying when he made those accusations in the first place? Did he just feel sorry for his baby mama? What would happen to the lawsuit filed by Chyna against him and his family?

For the sake of their child, the former "KUWTK" star has chosen to drop his lawsuit against Blac Chyna. According to Page Six, the judge signed off on Rob's intentions as soon as the court heard about them.

According to the reality TV personality, "My love for Dream far outweighs my desire to proceed with my claims against her mother in a public trial."

He said it was enough already that the court sided with him in saying there is sufficient evidence to warrant a jury trial in his claims against Chyna - for attempting to strangle him.

He even hinted that they can still interact amicably for the sake of their daughter - coparenting, like how his sisters Kourtney, Kim, Khloe, and even Kylie Jenner are doing with their respectively estranged partners.

"Now that the court has ruled hat there is sufficient evidence to warrant a jury trial on my claim for assault, for our daughter's sake, I am dismissing the action and focusing on my co-parenting relationship with Chyna," he said.

Following a spree of drugs and alcohol, Chyna attempted to strangle him with an iPhone charging cable, according to the 2017 petition. This is an addendum to that case.

Aside from the severe bruises on his face and head, Rob managed to flee.

On his Facebook page, he recorded the same injuries that Chyna had previously denied.

Friend of the couple Eugene Shipilsky swore in court that she "separately observed" Chyna threatening Rob with a pistol before Rob moved to dismiss the entire matter.

But it seems that Chyna has no plans of dropping her own lawsuit against Rob and his family.

Back in August 2021, a trial date has already been set for Blac Chyna's lawsuit against the Kardashian/Jenner family.

The Los Angeles Superior Court judge in Chyna's case has told the parties that the trial would commence on April 15, 2022.

To put it another way, Chyna's complaint alleges that Kim, Khloe Kardashian, and their sister Kylie Jenner conspired to convince E! to cancel "Rob & Chyna," the reality show she shares with her ex.

Kris Jenner was identified as the "ringleader" of the plot by Chyna, Radar reported. Additionally, she alleges Kris constructed "a fictitious tale that she had assaulted her then-fiancé, Rob.

The complaint filed by Chyna alleges that Kris urged Kim to contact E! officials about terminating Rob & Chyna, and Kim in turn pushed Kylie and Khloe to do the same.

Reports claim Khloé threatened to stop filming the Kardashians until Chyna was fired during the phone talks. Kylie apparently sold herself to E! executives, according to Khloé, who said she was scared about her brother's safety while he was romantically linked with Chyna.

Three months into their relationship in 2016, Chyna and Rob were engaged to be married. In 2017, the couple called it quits.

Three appellate judges have determined that Chyna and her legal team provided "sufficient evidence" to back her accusations against the Kardashian/Jenner family.
