Demi Burnett Suffering From Mental Health Issues
Before learning her health diagnosis, Burnett opened up about her mental health issues last month.
In her New Year's Day post, she revealed that she had been thinking a lot and crying while trying to fix things. She also told everyone she is not happy nowadays.
"Countless hours blaming myself for everything that's caused pain. I haven't had a sip of alcohol in 5 months. I'm talking to a psychiatrist on Monday. I'm having an emotional breakdown every few hours. I'm feeling pretty s--t/overwhelmed most of the time," she said.
Despite her recent battles, Burnett finds comfort when she is by herself.
