Marilyn Manson Suing Evan Rachel Wood: Ex Fiancee Impersonated an FBI Agent?
On the basis of "malicious falsehoods," Evan Rachel Wood is being sued by ex-fiancé Marilyn Manson aka Brian Warner (real name) for allegedly hurting and ruining his life.
It seems ironic, when Wood was the one who first went to court over claims of scary abuse at the hands of Manson.
According to Manson, Wood's false allegations have led him to lose his careers in both television and music.
According to Deadline, Manson has filed a lawsuit against Wood in Los Angeles Superior Court on March 2 morning. Included in this allegations that Wood colluded with her on-and-off companion Illma Gore to fabricate allegations of wrongdoing against the 53-year-old shock rocker, going as far as pretending to be an FBI agent.
According to him, a fake FBI agent talked to certain supposed victims and file claims against him.
The case stems "from the wrongful and illegal acts done in furtherance of a conspiracy by Defendant Evan Rachel Wood and her on-again, off-again romantic partner, Defendant Ashley Gore, a/k/a Illma Gore, to publicly cast Plaintiff Brian Warner, p/k/a Marilyn Manson, as a rapist and abuser-a malicious falsehood that has derailed Warner's successful music, TV, and film career," the newly filed lawsuit reads.

The shocking lawsuit further stated that, "[Wood and Gore] impersonated an actual agent of the Federal Bureau of Investigation by forging and distributing a fictitious letter from the agent, to create the false appearance that Warner's alleged 'victims' and their families were in danger, and that there was a federal criminal investigation of Warner ongoing."
Despite all the massive accusations hurled at him by his ex, Manson has from the beginning, denied having done anything wrong.
Last year, the controversial musician took to Instagram in an attempt to clear his name, describing the horrible allegations against him as "distortions of reality."
"Obviously, my art and my life have long been magnets for controversy, but these recent claims about me are horrible distortions of reality," Manson posted last February. While he did not specifically mentioned Wood, he said that all his relationships in the past were with "entirely consensual with like-minded partners" no matter what one of them are saying at present.
Howard King, the lawyer of Manson, also released a statement on March 2 to clarify why they are now fighting the allegations through court.
He cited having "overwhelming trove of evidence - including both documents and witness statements" that could prove Evan Rachel Wood had been lying all along, with the help of her reported co-conspirator Illma Gore.
He added that Wood was capable of swaying public sympathy because her claims may resonate given the "intentionally shocking' character of 'Marilyn Manson," but it is important to differentiate the rocker's image from who is in real life as Brian Warner.
