Brad Pitt, Angelina Jolie Kids Make Desperate Plea To Their Parents Amid Legal Battle
Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie's kids appear to be bearing the brunt of their bitter court dispute.
Since announcing their separation in 2016, the former power couple has been destroying one other's reputations.
However, after years of being caught in the middle of the conflict, their six children are apparently fed up with them bickering.
According to OK magazine, Maddox, 20, Pax, 18, Zahara, 17, Shiloh, 15, and twins Knox and Vivienne, 13, are aware that, rather than easing down, their parents' hatred for one another is growing stronger with each passing day.
According to reports, they appealed with their famous parents to "put aside their animosity."
Unfortunately for the children, all of their efforts went unnoticed.
Brad and Angelina's feud hit a new low point last month when the 58-year-old "Ad Astra" actor filed a lawsuit against the 38-year-old "Tomb Raider" actress for selling her ownership in their $168 million French estate and winery, Chateau Miraval, to a third party.
Brad says that his estranged wife secretly "off-loaded" her shares to Russian oligarch Yuri Shefler in court documents filed in Los Angeles Supreme Court. This is in spite of an alleged agreement between the couple that neither would sell their interests without the other's assent.
"Ironically, the chateau was the location of Brad and Angie's wedding in 2014, and they spent a lot of time there as a family," the source continued.
Of course, the greater irony is that by allowing this struggle to consume them, they are wiping out all of the joyful memories for their kids.
However, this is only one of the numerous legal battles that they are engaged in at the moment.
There has been no agreement reached between Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie on a permanent custody arrangement, and the actress from "Eternals" has continued to insinuate publicly that her ex-husband has physically mistreated her in recent years.
It took a lot for her to reach the point where she felt she needed to end her relationship with the father of her children, according to an interview she gave last year.
According to an insider at OK magazine, it's difficult on their children because they adored their parents - especially their father - and wished him to be happy as well. They do, however, want their mother to be content as well.
The previous pair, on the other hand, has already reached the age of "reasonable comprehension" of what is taking place.
According to the source, their parents are so engrossed in their bitter divorce that they are unable to recognize how much they are harming their children - and this is killing their hearts.
