Daniella Karagach made her fans worry after reports about her injury emerged.
"Dancing With The Stars" fans received the best gift this year as the Dancing With The Stars Live 2022 tour started its shows across the country.
"DWTS" champions Kaitlyn Bristowe, Iman Shumpert, Jimmie Allen, and Amanda Kloots have been spearheading the shows since the tour began. Meanwhile, several guest stars complete the line up - Brandon Armstrong, Alan Bersten, Artem Chigvintsev, Sasha Farber, Pasha Pashkov, Gleb Savchenko, Emma Slater, Britt Stewart, Sofia Ghavami, Koko Iwasaki, and Karagach.
Unfortunately, the latter has to sit out on the next tour dates due to an injury she sustained.
Daniella Karagach's Injury: Is She OK?
On Thursday, a representative for the touring production confirmed to Us Weekly that the 29-year-old mirrorball champ suffered an injury during the show on Wednesday. While it sparked worry among fans, the source revealed that Karagach remains in good spirits.
"She was tended to by our on-tour physio and then treated at a local hospital. She is resting now and receiving excellent care. The entire cast and crew are wishing her a speedy recovery," it went on.
Karagach herself updated her fans with a photo of herself sitting on a wheelchair with her injured leg wrapped with a cast. Although she will not be part of the rest of the tour, she expressed her gratitude for having the chance to become part of it.
After thanking the "DWTS" team, she took her time to thank her fans and friends, as well, who have been rooting for her.
"To the fans and friends, I love you. Thank you for your love, kindness, and always showing 100% of your support for us. This @dwtstourofficial would be nothing without you all. The moments I had on that stage was something I'll never be able to express. Dancing for you guys was exhilarating. Im so grateful," she wrote.
Karagachi joined the ABC dancing competition in 2019. The following season, she was partnered with rapper Nelly and made it to the finals.
With Shumpert during the show's Season 30, she finally took home the mirrorball.
Her injury came after Artem Chigvintsev left the tour in January - but came back a month later - after suffering from pneumonia. He had his x-ray done to check whether he got pneumonia.
Nikki Bella's twin sister, Brie, exclusively revealed to Us Weekly that the dancer also had COVID-19 before discovering that he was suffering from something aside from the virus.
