Kourtney Kardashian, Travis Barker Receive Wedding Gifts From PETA After MGK Issue
Travis Barker and Kourtney Kardashian had their "practice wedding" in Las Vegas just hours after attending this year's Grammy Awards. The People for Ethical Treatment of Animals or PETA made a big move for the couple following Machine Gun Kelly's issue.
According to Billboard, the animal rights group gifted the couple a pair of matching vegan leather jackets that they could use for their actual wedding.
The Blink-182 drummer and the "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" star visited a chapel in Las Vegas where they had a wedding ceremony officiated by an Elvis Presley impersonator.
The reality star later took to Instagram to share wedding photos with the caption "practice makes perfect."
The couple's wedding was not legal as they failed to obtain a wedding license within the day.
Plans for their real nuptials remain a mystery.
The outlet noted that PETA gave the pair jackets from a brand called NOIZE, which styles are similar to those worn by the couple in Nevada.
Lisa Lange, PETA's senior VP, issued a statement, saying a vegan leather jacket is "a great choice for anyone who cares about animals or the environment, so this matching 'Mr. and Mrs.' set is perfect for Travis and Kourtney."

Barker is no stranger to helping animals and the environment as he has been a vegan for a long time.
He previously worked with the organization for the "Make Some Noise for Animals" campaign and his vegetarian daughter, Alabama.
On the other hand, Kardashian is considering going vegan as she's "passionate about given the environmental impacts that eating less meat has on the planet."
Travis Barker's Pal Machine Gun Kelly Previously Slammed by PETA
PETA's move for Barker and Kardashian comes a month after the former's good pal Machine Gun Kelly and his fiance Megan Fox were called out by the animal rights group for their actions.
The newly-engaged couple introduced their new cat to the world named Whiskey. The punk rocker took to his Instagram account to share photos of the Bengal kitten.
The organization later launched a campaign against the two, which involved them distributing posters around West Hollywood.
Celebrity relations manager Matt Killbourne slammed the couple for purchasing a purebred luxury cat instead of adopting "homeless cats, who number in the tens of thousands at animal shelters" in Los Angeles.
