Kim Kardashian may have recovered from her infamous sex tape, but she's now reportedly making a big move to help block her ex Ray J from leaking shocking recordings.

According to Daily Mail UK, the beauty mogul and the singer previously had a private video together on the former's 22nd birthday in Cabo, San Lucas in 2002.

The tape was released by Vivid Entertainment in a 41-minute DVD titled "Kim Kardashian, Superstar."

Today, The Sun reported the "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" star knows that there are other tapes in existence and some footage will be "incredibly intimate."

A source spoke to the outlet, saying Kardashian is taking a massive step by "calling in lawyers" to do their best to prevent the recordings from leaking.

"She has told lawyers, 'Over my dead body is this happening again,'" the insider added.

At the time of this writing, further information about the alleged tape is still unavailable, and it's unclear whether the threatening recording was part of the second scandal on a hard drive that Kanye West claimed he bought from Ray J.

In an interview with Hollywood Unlocked a few months ago, the 44-year-old rapper said he went and "got the laptop" from the singer himself.

Upon obtaining the footage, West said he saw it to Kardashian and she started crying because "it represents how much she's been used" and how much people didn't love her.

After West's interview, the SKIMS founder denied that there was a second sex tape.

A representative for the beauty mogul spoke to People Magazine, saying the footage only contained her trip to Mexico, at a club, a restaurant, and there was "nothing sexual."

"Kim remains firm in her belief that there is no new second tape that exists," the rep added.

At the time, Kardashian reportedly wanted to move on from the scandal after 20 years and focus on the positive things she continues to do, like being a mother, advocating for justice reform, and entrepreneur in her business ventures.

Ray J seemingly reacted to the situation by sharing a cryptic tweet, writing, "This needs to stop. I also have kids."

Kanye West has never spoken about the alleged sex tape again following the incident.

At the time of this writing, neither Kardashian nor Ray J has publicly commented on the recent lawyer drama.
