Kim Kardashian Shockingly Confesses Wearing THIS 'Upsets' Her
Kim Kardashian has made a surprising admission about not wearing an important piece of apparel.
The actress of the new program "The Kardashians" recently confessed that she never wore panties before designing one for her shapewear line, SKIMS.
The mom-of-four has long told stories about wearing many pairs of shapewear and even piling up on breast tape, but she appears to have been going commando underneath it all.
Kim showed off her brand's Dipped Front Thong in a video on her brand's TikTok, saying, "I never wore underwear until we designed this style."
"I was a non-underwear type of lady for a long time just because they upset me," she said during a recent appearance on the "Not Skinny But Not Fat" podcast.
"For a good several years, I just wouldn't wear panties, and now I do and I'm addicted," Kim continued.
However, the reality star may have exaggerated because she pledged allegiance to different underwear brands in a 2015 interview with Cara Delevingne for the Evening Standard.
She informed the supermodel at the time that she had only begun wearing underpants a month before and had never worn underwear before.
The KKW Beauty entrepreneur also admitted to like Hanky Panky undergarments.
Why Was SKIMS Created?
Kim Kardashian claimed that she created SKIMSbecause she wanted to wear a slit dress or skirt but needed support.
She felt upset by the dearth of alternatives available after searching for the best shapewear and underwear for several years. She couldn't locate anything that provided her with adequate covering, shade, and even support.
SKIMS Controversy
Kim Kardashian initially unveiled the name of her shapewear company, Kimono.
In 2019, however, she faced condemnation for cultural appropriation.
Kanye West's ex-wife told up about the process of renaming it to SKIMS, stating it wasn't her desire to hurt anybody.
"Foolishly and ignorantly, we never imagined it would be an issue," she added.
Kimono, a traditional Japanese garment, was then replaced with SKIMS.
The mayor of Kyoto, Japan, Daisaku Kadokawa, then wrote to the "Kardashians" actress, telling her to take the problem seriously.
"He was very thoughtful and compassionate in explaining the essence of kimono and why it is so significant to their culture."
