Pete Davidson's inner circle has issued a critical warning against starring on his girlfriend's reality program.

While Kim Kardashian appears to be eager to have her new boyfriend participate on her family's upcoming Hulu program, a Page Six source reported that those close to the "Saturday Night Live" star are counseling him against it.

Friends of the comic tell him that his career is already at an all-time high and that he doesn't need to be a part of or make a cameo on "The Kardashians."

"His career has taken off; what does he need this for?" said the insider.

The 28-year-old Staten Island native is already working on numerous projects, including a biography about Joey Ramone, a rom-com with "SNL" co-star Colin Jost, and a sneaker film dubbed "American Sole."

Though the comedian has dated other high-profile women, such as Kate Beckinsale and Ariana Grande, his team believes that appearing on reality TV would destabilize any feeling of normalcy.

Before meeting the KKW Beauty entrepreneur, no one knew what Pete Davidson was up to all the time, according to the insider.

His close pals also pointed out that males in the Kardashian Jenner sphere, including as Kris Humphries, Tristan Thompson, and Lamar Odom, fared poorly on reality television.

According to the insider, Pete joining "The Kardashians" would be a "sure method" to end his relationship with Kim, since being on the program "decides every man."

Meanwhile, another source informed Page Six that his close pals are not pushing him not to participate in "The Kardashians."

Pete, according to reports, does not feel pressured to be a part of "The Kardashians," and neither do those around him.

"If he's on the program, that's what happens."

Hulu's 'The Kardashians'

According to Variety, "The Kardashians" is Hulu's greatest series launch in US history.

Hulu did not disclose exact figures since it does not release ratings. However, the program is also said to be the most-watched Star Originals series on Disney+ and Star+ in worldwide markets.

The show's record-breaking statistic is based on the premiere episode hours seen in the first three days after its April 14 release.

"Keeping Up With the Kardashians," which ran for 15 years, 20 seasons, and multiple spin-offs, is the newest program from the Kardashian-Jenner family.
