Johnny Depp has been called a narcissistic and "perpetrator" of domestic violence by Amber Heard's witness, a psych expert.

As more people believed that Depp had an edge in his defamation case against Heard, the actress and her team planned to make him take the stand as a witness instead. However, things immediately changed after Heard's medical expert, psychiatrist David Spiegel, testified in the courtroom.

On Monday, psychiatrist David Spiegel served as the actress's witness on substance abuse and intimate partner violence. He said during cross-examination that the "Pirates of the Caribbean" star showed consistent signs of cognitive decline caused by drug abuse in the past years.

Depp's lawyer Wayne Dennison questioned Dr. Spiegel's statement, saying Depp only used earpieces to listen to music. He also asked whether he knew that Hollywood film legend Marlon Brando also used the same technique.

The psychiatrist's response, whether Brando was dead, made Depp laugh and put his head in his hands.

But regardless of Depp team's rebuttal, Dr. Spiegel continued to attack the actor and said that he is a narcissist and a perpetrator of domestic violence.

"The fact he thought that Amber owed him and only wanted to be together with him because of his fame is an example of that. I think the jealousy is an example of that," the psychiatrist continued, per Fox News.

Psychiatrist Says Johnny Depp May Have Another Disorder

Dennison asked him whether he diagnosed the actor with a narcissistic personality disorder. The psychiatrist hit back and said he would call it a provisional diagnosis of narcissistic personality disorder."

Depp's lawyer added that Spiegel seemingly violated the Goldwater Rule, which bars mental health experts from diagnosing people they never examined.

Dr. Spiegel also commented on Dr. Shannon Curry's borderline and histrionic personality disorders diagnoses on Heard. He explained that the "Aquaman" star does not have enough traits to meet the full criteria to diagnose her with the disorders.

Instead, he stressed that Depp has consistent behavior that proves he is a perpetrator of domestic violence.

"Mr. Depp has behaviors that are consistent with someone who has substance abuse disorder as well as someone who is a perpetrator of intimate partner violence," the psychiatrist proclaimed.

His statement came before entertainment industry expert, Kathryn Arnold, testified on Heard's behalf. She alleged that the actress' op-ed had no impact on Depp's career.
