Amber Heard Desperate To Make Comeback in Hollywood Through 'Strategies, Plans'
Amber Heard is said to be desperate to making a comeback despite losing the defamation trial.
Heard, who said before the defamation trial that she and Johnny Depp should already move on, sat in her first interview and said the trial was unfair.
Ahead of the release of the "Today" show interview, a source revealed that it is just the beginning of Heard's plans and strategies as she remains desperate to make a comeback.
In a report shared by Entertainment Tonight, the insider said that the "Aquaman" actress had been waiting before speaking about the trial and sharing her truth again.
"She was advised by her team to lay low and take time for herself for a couple of weeks, see how she felt, and take care of herself. She is confident that her side will come out eventually. She has a plan and strategy to make a comeback over the next year," the source continued.
Heard lost the six-week trial as the Fairfax County Circuit Court of Virginia jury ruled in favor of Depp. They awarded him $10 million in compensatory damages and $5 million in punitive damages, although the latter was reduced to $350,000 due to the state's statutory cap.
The same insider revealed that Heard is planning to appeal the decision and has "plans and strategies" to make a grand return in Hollywood.
As of press time, she purportedly feels alone as if she lost most of her friends. What's worse is that she thought those people would support her - but did not.
Amber Heard Once Worried About Her Future
Before the source disclosed Heard's plans, the actress was said to be not in a good place after the "Pirates of the Caribbean" actor won the lawsuit.
"[Her] plan right now is to focus on being a mom, spend quality time with her daughter, and stay out of the limelight," the source divulged. "She is going to try not to do anything publicly for a while. [She is] hopeful that after some time passes, she can slowly build her career back."
But Heard faced more condemnation after reports about Warner Bros.'s decision to increase her screentime in "Aquaman 2" emerged.
According to the sources, Heard's Mera would now appear for about 20 to 25 minutes in the runtime. Initially, the company cut it off to 10 minutes.
With that, the hashtag #boycottaquaman2 quickly became a trend and made Depp's fans extremely infuriated over the development.
