Prince Andrew New Legal Pressure: Lawyer To Serve Duke Because of This
Will Prince Andrew be interrogated and be under the legal spotlight once more?
A lawyer has informed the Duke of York that additional legal papers would be served to him.
He is supposedly planning a royal return, but it has brought him back into the Jeffrey Epstein sex scandal.
The Duke was at Epstein's residence the night he sexually attacked a minor there, according to the lawyer who talked to the UK Mirror.
Spencer Kuvin apparently wants a statement from Prince Andrew and has threatened to personally serve him with legal documents if necessary.
Caroline Kaufman, who is being represented by Kuvin, claimed that the disgraced pedophile assaulted her in his New York house in 2010, when the royal was a guest there.
He stated that they are considering serving Prince Andrew and "getting a subpoena issued in the States, carried over to England, and localized, then we would have to identify him and get him served." He should be a rather straightforward target to find."
Rumors began to swirl over the last few weeks that the Duke of York, father of Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie, is considering a comeback to royal life.
According to a source, the Duke believes that his titles should be restored and that "his status should be acknowledged and appreciated."
As previously reported, the 62-year-old royal lost his HRH status and other titles in 2019 following allegations that he sexually molested Epstein victim Virginia Giuffre three times when she was under the age of 18.
However, the Duke fiercely denied ever meeting Giuffre. However, he resolved the US civil lawsuit out of court in February of this year for an unknown sum in the millions.
He vowed at the time to help the battle against the evil of sex trafficking as well as the victims.
But Kuvin feels that considering a comeback is a disgrace to the British monarchy given all of the scandals he has been involved in.
"If Prince Andrew wishes to keep his commitment, I encourage him to make a statement on what transpired the night Caroline was attacked."
He continued, "He should be volunteering; we should not be considering serving him in order to obtain his deposition."
Kaufman is apparently interested in hearing what the father-of-two has to say and, in short, wants all witnesses to come forward.
