‘Royal Family Lied’ Trends Online In Support of 'Victim' Meghan Markle
Bad news for the British royal family as social media is coming for them after siding with Meghan Markle.
She and her husband, Prince Harry, reportedly had 25 different staff members working for them before they stepped down from their senior royal roles to move to the US in March 2020.
One of the couple's former employees claimed that the former "Suits" star used "emotionally cruelty and manipulation, which could also be called bullying," while another accused her of humiliating them.
But following the claims, the Duchess of Sussex slammed the media for pushing a "false narrative," denying the accusations hedged against her.
According to The Sunday Times, Buckingham Palace will be improving its HR procedures after an investigation's findings, but the palace will not make a public statement on the report or release it.
This came after a report suggested that the investigation findings into allegations of bullying lodged against Meghan by former palace staff members are being "buried," and social media users are asking why the results haven't been released.
But in the wake of it all, social media made the hashtag "Royal Family Lied"on Twitter for several hours on Sunday until Monday - and most of them are siding with Meghan Markle.
One personinsinuated that though the royal family investigated, they found zero evidence that the Duchess of Sussex bullied anybody. However, the user pointed out that there's a lot of evidence of racism against her and abuse from the "white royals they love to protect."
Another even pointed out how there was once a report that Meghan made Kate Middleton cry and said that the Duchess of Cambridge "never corrected the story that paved way for abuse and Meghan's mental illness decline."
They referred to the future Queen as a hypocritebecause it was "the same woman who went through something similar couldn't speak up for her sister in law."
A third person also mentioned Princess Diana, how they "tried to defame the blue-eyed princess born in British aristocracy.. What were they willing to do to the bi-racial American?"
a fourth person theorized how Buckingham Palace lied on the Duchess of Sussex and that "bullying investigation was a complete sham."
"It's sole purpose was to smear Meghan before Oprah as a preemptive strike against anything she may say. Now they refuse to release any 'findings.'"
Another said that Meghan Markle worked with a group of more than 200 people for her TV show "Suits" in Canada. However, never was she even accused of anything until all those years.
"Then walked into the whitest institution and started bullying ppl? She was the one bullied & abused by those racists," they added.
"Meghan is kindhearted and thoughtful. Why live your lives hating someone you don't know just because the Media told you to do so? The fear of a woman of colour who is educated, articulate and speaks her own mind scared the RF," another Twitter user said in support of the Duchess of Sussex.
