Angelina Jolie, Brad Pitt NOT Yet OK: Actress Desperate Not To Have Shared Custody With Ex-Husband
Bradgelina is more hopeless than ever.
Nearly six years since Angelina Jolie filed for divorce from Brad Pitt, the ex-couple sparked reconciliation rumors following a peace talk when they were abroad. However, it did not take them a long time before a report that dismissed it emerged.
Amid their legal battle over their children's custody, a source revealed to The Post (via Page Six) that Jolie is desperate not to have 50/50 custody.
"It appears that Angelina is determined that Brad should never get 50/50 custody. And there are some who say that she won't rest until the kids are legally adults, so Brad will never have shared custody," the insider said.
This contradicted the previews reports that the exes might have finally reached a peaceful agreement when they met in Rome. An insider recently told OK! Magazine that the reunion was cordial - an unexpected development in their relationship.
Pitt was also able to see his kids with minimum fuss as he did it as privately as possible.
It was revealed that the "Maleficent" actress was happy after learning that Pitt had reserved his time to go to Rome to see their kids.
Angelina Jolie Attacking Brad Pitt Continuously
In a similar update, a separate source noted that the "Maleficent" actress has been offering never-ending attacks against Pitt.
A friend of the "Ad Astra" actor accused Jolie of involving the vineyard in their divorce battle.
"Angelina makes a constant stream of attacks on Brad. And she deliberately sold her disputed share of their vineyard to a buyer she knew he didn't want," the insider revealed.
For what it's worth, Pitt claimed in June that Jolie intentionally inflicted harm by selling her shares of the Chateau Miraval to Russian businessman Yuri Shefler, the founder of Stoli Vodka.
Pitt then called Miraval his passion project that eventually became a multi-million dollar global business, adding that the actress's business, Nouvel, owed his company the right of first refusal. By selling her part, she reportedly infringed on that right.
Though Pitt still has his 50 percent on the business, the move purportedly damaged the business. Initially, it had a 60/40 share three years before the estranged couple filed for divorce.
With that, he asked for damages "in an amount to be proven at trial" aside from nulling and voiding Jolie's purported sale.
