Ashton Kutcher Reveals Dramatic Transformation After Health Scare
Ashton Kutcher revealed a new milestone after applying changes in his lifestyle due to a health scare.
Ahead of the 2022 TCS New York City Marathon, Kutcher already started training himself and immediately saw a dramatic transformation.
On Monday, he told Entertainment Tonight that he had already lost around 12 pounds after successfully transferring his muscle mass from his upper body to his lower body through his workouts. He added that his wife, Mila Kunis, made it possible and easier by becoming his support.
"Surrounding myself with a support system makes hard things much easier. Setting a pace that you can sustain is not the same as working as hard as you can," Kutcher said.
The 44-year-old actor added that his loved ones continue to offer motivation and support in the past months.
Aside from the upcoming marathon, Kutcher is also gearing up to launch his 16=part series, "Our Future Selves." Kenny Chesney, Natalie Portman, Kim Kardashian, and more stars run alongside the actor while learning what motivates them in their lives.
The trailer of the series also shows Thomas Rhett, Jon Batiste, Chris Paul, and more who train with him.

Before his recent weight loss, Kutcher publicized his battle against a rare autoimmune condition.
