Harry Styles might be busy with his music career as he's scheduled to perform in several cities around the world for his "Love On Tour" shows, he's also taking over the world of the film industry as an actor. Recently, a director who worked with the singer exposed his real attitude; what was he like behind closed doors?
In an interview with Billboard, Michael Grandage spoke about Styles' work ethics in the field of acting, explaining that the singer knows what he's doing whenever he faces thousands of fans during his concerts.
He compared it to acting as Styles' role in the movie "My Policeman," saying "he's got all the skills."
Speaking about how the singer-turned-actor takes directions in the movie, Grandage said the former One Direction member is "very open" and asks a lot of advice.
The director said he's happy that the actor always checks on his role and is always open to changing or shifting something when he realizes that his dialogue is going to another route.

Elsewhere in the conversation, the interviewer opened up about a specific scene where Styles had to pretend to be drunk, and many observed that it looked natural.
Grandage said he never gave him any advice or note on how to be drunk as he understood it the moment he knew there was such a scene.

Since Styles' acting looks convincing and many thought he truly got intoxicated with alcohol, the director clarified that he can 100% confirm that he was "sober when doing it."

When asked if the director was concerned about Styles doing sex scenes with another star, Grandage said he wasn't bothered at all as he's an actor and they're required to do whatever's written on the script.
The director clarified that he will not put anything that would make actors uncomfortable in the final cut or editing of the film unless they approved of it.
In addition, they hired an intimacy coordinator to make sure the scene goes smoothly.
Aside from "Don't Worry Darling," Styles' upcoming movie "The Policeman" will also be released this year.
The singer will play the role of Tom Burgess, a closeted gay man who had an affair with a museum curator played by David Dawson. The film will hit theaters on October 21 and will be available for streaming via Amazon's Prime Video starting on November 4.
