Actor Ezra Miller allegedly demanded Susan Sarandon pay tribute to his altar after failing to invite him to a dinner party.

"The Flash" star, who uses they/them pronouns, sparked controversial headlines following a streak of legal allegations. Alarmingly, the actor had been arrested three times this year. The first one was for disorderly conduct in Hawaii, as he was allegedly involved in a physical altercation, the second one was for second-degree assault in April, and the third one was for felony robbery in August.

Recently, Vanity Fair released an exposé on a summary of his troubling behavior. A source reportedly told Vanity Fair that Miller had demanded that actress Susan Sarandon pay tribute to the altar in their farmhouse in Vermont. The source went on to describe the bizarre nature of the altar.

"A lot of times [they] makes the women put their cell phones on the altar when they come in, and other offerings," A source close to Miller told Vanity Fair. "Ezra freaked out recently... demanding that Susan Sarandon come pay tribute to [their] altar because she didn't invite Ezra to a dinner party."

Vanity reports that a source claims that Miller refers to himself as a "messiah" and that his character on "The Flash" is the "Jesus of the multiverse".

Debunked Controversial Claim

Addressing the recent claim involving Susan Sarandon, representatives for the DC star have tagged the claim as false when Vanity Fair asked for comment.

According to Miller's representatives, the actor and Susan Sarandon are "are dear friends" and that Miller "would probably call this [anecdote] total bull---- if asked". No representatives from Susan Sarandon have given any comment, however.

Miller on the Road to Mental Recovery

Amidst the controversy surrounding the "Perks of being a Wallflower" star, Miller has announced an apology for their actions in his recent statement.

"Having recently gone through a time of intense crisis, I now understand that I am suffering complex mental health issues and have begun ongoing treatment," Miller stated. "I want to apologize to everyone that I have alarmed and upset with my past behavior. I am committed to doing the necessary work to get back to a healthy, safe and productive stage in my life."

Additionally, the director of "Daliland", where Miller is set to star, has commented on his performance and "professional behavior" on set.
