Prince William Yet To Forgive Prince Harry After Leaving Royal Family, Senior Royal Aide Reveals Heartbreaking Status
Prince William and Prince Harry are yet to see the end of their long-existing feud.
Royal family members drifted away from Prince Harry and Meghan Markle since the two left their senior royal positions and relocated to the US. The feuds have been there for a long time, that Queen Elizabeth II wished for it to end before her death.
However, even Prince William and Prince Harry are yet to see improvements in their relationship as the heir to the throne has not forgiven his brother yet.
In the new podcast "The Firm: Blood, Lies and Royal Succession," Katie Nicholl opened up about Prince William's disappointment toward his brother. As they are both in the succession of the British throne, Prince William had always expected Prince Harry to become his wingman and work with him in royal duties and engagements.
Meanwhile, a senior aide added that he has not forgiven Prince Harry up until this day.
"The point about royalty is it's the only institution that links together civic society, the philanthropic world, and establishment. The Sussexes know they're not able to compare to them. The key point is that they're not even trying. What they are doing is making a difference in their politico-philanthropic world, and that's great," it continued.
A source, however, noted that Prince William and Kate Middleton were happy when the Sussexes left as the drama was already gone at that time.
Prince Harry, Meghan Markle Furious Over Treatment They Received in the UK
Amid the talks about the failed reconciliation, it was also revealed that the couple jetted back to Montecito "fuming" over the experience they had when they came back to the UK.
The treatment reportedly made the couple want to leave the country as soon as possible.
"I thought the whole way the rest of the royal family treated Meghan and Harry showed that they had little sympathy towards them. And, in return, Meghan and Harry looked quite angry that they were not being treated with the respect they think they deserve," royal author Tom Bower said.
He also thought that Prince William and Prince Harry did not show signs of reconciliation. He told GB News (via Express) that it would be "nonsense" to forgive the Sussexes that easy after the things they said about Prince William and Kate.
Bower, in the end, said that no reconciliation would happen unless Prince Harry and Meghan apologized.
