Harry Styles Chose Florence Pugh First, NOT Olivia Wilde: Co-Stars Shockingly Did THIS On Movie Set!
The "Don't Worry Darling" drama has more to it than meets the eye.
Harry Styles and Florence Pugh reportedly "kissed" on the set of their film weeks before he began a relationship with director Olivia Wilde.
While they were both unmarried, the two British celebs apparently established chemistry "from the start" and had a "bit of fun."
Ten began spending more time with the 38-year-old filmmaker, and they finally began dating.
"From the start, Harry and Florence had chemistry that transferred really beautifully on screen. They had a bit of a snog one night, all very light-hearted and a little of fun, and that was all," a source told The Sun.
It supposedly became a heated subject on the set later on.
According to the insider, Harry was "very much" single when he kissed Florence, who had recently separated from long-term partner Zach Braff, but they kept the separation private to "ironically avoid headlines."
According to the source, no cheating or wrongdoing occurred "from anyone."
Harry Styles and Olivia Wilde began chatting in their trailers and even had "little, everyday intimacies." People on the set noticed how well the two got along.
However, when Harry and Olivia were photographed holding hands for the first time in January 2021, the actress from "Midsommar" was said to be "not happy."
Olivia and Florence were already tense on set, but the former's affair with the Grammy-winning singer "undoubtedly fueled the flames," according to the insider.
Despite the fact that the conflict is one of Hollywood's "worst-kept secrets," those engaged in the film's production are said to be "professional," and "things are now friendly."
Several obstacles plagued the troublesome film before and after its humiliating international debut at the Venice Film Festival last month.
Florence Pugh refused to greet Olivia Wilde on the red carpet following an altercation that is reported to have started on work when the "Little Women" actress got uncomfortable with her director's very public relationship with the "Watermelon Sugar" singer. At the same time, the film is still being shot.
Florence is also apparently dissatisfied with Harry's relationship with Olivia because the latter was still seeing Jason Sudeikis when they first hooked up, according to Page Six.
Jason and Olivia have two children, Otis, 8, and Daisy, 5.
