Joyce Randolph
Joyce Randolph, the last surviving member of 'The Honeymooners' cast, passed away at 99 on Jan. 13 from natural causes.
She is known for her iconic role as Trixie Norton in the classic TV sitcom, which she starred in alongside Audrey Meadows, Art Carney, and series creator Jackie Gleason. Originally canceled after its initial run, the show gained acclaim in syndication. Gleason discovered Randolph during a Clorets commercial in 1951, solidifying her association with the beloved character.
Alec Musser
Alec Musser, known for portraying Del Henry on 'All My Children' and making a notable appearance in 'Grown Ups,' died at 50 on Jan. 12. He died by suicide.
Prior to his acting career, Musser worked as a model, and was featured in 'Men's Health' and Abercrombie and Fitch ads. He gained recognition after winning the SOAPnet reality TV contest, I Wanna Be a Soap Star, leading to his debut on 'All My Children' in 2005. Musser played the illegitimate son of Seabone Hunkle for two seasons before leaving the show in 2007. His final role was as Friedrich in the last season of 'Desperate Housewives' in 2011.
David Soul
David Soul, renowned for his role in 'Starsky & Hutch,' died at 80 on Jan. 4. Initially starting with small roles in 'I Dream of Jeannie and Flipper,' Soul gained recognition in the western comedy, 'Here Come the Brides,' from 1968 to 1970.
From 1975 to 1979, he played Kenneth Richard 'Hutch' Hutchinson in 'Starsky & Hutch' alongside Paul Michael Glaser. Aside from acting, Soul enjoyed a successful music career, releasing five albums and several hit singles, including the 1976 rock chart-topper, "Don't Give Up on Us."
Glynis Johns
Glynis Johns, renowned for her role as Winifred Banks in the original 'Mary Poppins,' died on Jan. 4. She was 100 years old.
Handpicked by Walt Disney, she brought the suffragette mother to life in the beloved 1964 musical. Johns, nominated for an Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress for her role in 'The Sundowners,' also secured a Tony Award for 'A Little Night Music,' showcasing her talent with the iconic 'Send in the Clowns.'
Adan Canto
Actor Adan Canto, known for his roles in 'The Cleaning Lady,' 'Designated Survivor,' and 'X-Men: Days of Future Past,' died at the age of 42 on Jan. 8 from appendiceal cancer.
Born in Mexico and raised in Texas, Canto initially pursued music before entering the world of acting. His diverse career included portraying Rodrigo Lara Bonilla in 'Narcos' and Sunspot in 'X-Men.'
